We bring a 10 or 17-yard metal dumpster bin (some call it a container) by truck to your home or business and leave it for up to seven days.
The one week dumpster rental cost is a flat rate. There are longer rental periods available ~ contact us for details. We charge a minimum of 1 ton up front plus HST. You provide a credit card up front with the booking. See our prices below.

We deliver the bin to your requested address on the day of your choosing.
You then fill it with debris that can include almost anything that isn’t toxic or hazardous waste. That includes:
Junk
Household garbage
Construction or renovation debris
Yard waste & organic materials
Old toys or bicycles
Lawn equipment, tools, gardening leftovers
Discarded furniture & household contents
Old decorations
Demolished outbuildings or structures such as fencing etc.
Limited amounts of dirt, masonry or other heavy materials (must be pre-approved)

Once you have finished we weigh the truck and bin at the transfer according to where the bin is traveling next.
That gives us the ability to know the precise weight of the materials you have placed in the bin. Additional tonnage is $90 per ton (it is pro-rated to the exact amount).

Keep in mind you don’t have to keep it for a week and there are longer rentals available.
We charge a minimum 1 ton up front at $110 plus HST. Any additional tonnage is $110 per ton, but it is pro-rated to the exact amount you’re over (so if you’re only over by a half a ton you pay 50% of $110 — not a full second ton).
How do we determine the final weight? Once the bin is picked up from your house it is weighed at transfer station and that is your final weight for billing purposes.
